We have a 4 bed detached house with 1 bathroom and 1 wetroom downstairs with shower. The downstairs shower keeps heating up with low pressure light.

Current heating system has 20 year old potterton, water tank and 210 litre cylinder.

We want to redo upstairs bathroom to include shower cubicle as well as bath.

Had a company out and they advised that we have 2 and 1/4 water pressure and 15mm pipes. They advise against new main as would cost too much and would mean lifting up all flooring from front of house to kitchen where stop is. They recommended a vaillant 30kw system 630 boiler, sadia 170 litre unvented cylinder and a monsoon pump. They said pump would give you the same pressure as new main and be just as good just a bit noisy in loft.

Any advise / thoughts appreciated and what something like this should cost all in to install. Many Thanks in advance.
