new heating timer

i have just fitted a new timer but the burners in my boiler wont ignite now

Make/model boiler, timer, type of system, zone valves etc etc

i have a baxi boiler which had a rwb9 siemens timer and i have replaced it with a tempus drayton 7 the siemens timer wouldnt work so i replaced it now my burners wont ignite

do the motorised valve(s) work, does the pump run, and can you check voltages at stats, pump and boiler?
