New house - changing bathroom around

Hi Folks
Buying a new house and we want to change the position of things in the bathroom. The house is a 1990 Berkley home and is advertised as having concrete first floor - it is certainly solid feeling! I'm assuming this is block and beam. Do you think this could present a problem for moving things around? I've only ever needed to do this on a house with tonge and groove floor boards before.

Until you know how the services are presented it's impossible to say. You certainly won't be running anything underfloor!
