New House render

Im buying a new house built by George Wimpey, the house is fully rendered. The builder said the render was made from \\\'elastacine\\\'which is is more flexible and resistant to cracks.

Can anyone advise me please on the durability, resistance to cracks and maintenance of \\\'elasticine\\\'(paint it every 10 years?)
