New installer loads to learn

Hi all.

I hope you will be kind enough to help with some suggestions. I've just install a texecom 48 with a digicom communicator. The digicom is working great and doing as it should, but... The client cannot dial out on there home landline now. Incoming calls are fine and have no problems, but when trying to call out there is a dial tone but it stays as a dial tone throughout key pushing. I have a adsl filter in the panel. Hope to get some help...

Does it still happen if you disconnect alarm from
Phone line ? Did you run the phone line to the panel ?
