Had new windows fitted and new cills to replace rotten wood windows.

The bay window is set further back and sits on the outer cavity bricks, with the cill covering the cavity.

This one cill is warping. They were flush when fitted in Jan.

Thoughts?

Get the fitters back and replace, or, will it just happen again?

Original windows were single glazed 100yrs old patchups and damaged from years of condensation. Although the cills were ok, it was just easier to replace then try to sand the million layers of poorly applied gloss from them.

Wood is warped, I can push it back straight, but, it just pops back.

Get the fitters back. If i was doing it i'd dowel that joint & make sure there's a cavity closer under it.
