New LNB on old Sky satellite dish?

We have a working installation with an old Sky dish (with a rectangular cross-section support arm which the LNB bracket plugs into).

I now want to replace the LNB with a quad one, but commonly available types e.g. the Visiblewave seem to come with a non-compatible bracket. I have read that the LNB collars aren't the same diameter either.

Does someone offer a suitable adaptor to fit a new LNB to the old dish, or is there a better way? I do not want to change the dish as it is fixed to a rustic stone wall which does not take rawbolts very well.

TIA, Chris
