New monitor for business use

I'm not that up to speed with business accounting. I fancy a new monitor for the pc, can the cost of the monitor be offset against my self employed earnings?

well for a strategy guy .... I loved these games ...an now they have sorted the ai out in battles , like a human ....Im hungry for this game off play .com ...

an the RTW AI sieges where they sieged then didnt , bug ,was modded out ..... lol ..
