New paving - drain channels

Hello,

I shall be laying some paving in this area around my new extension.

I was planning on laying this paving 2 bricks below DPC and with a gradient of 60:1 away from extension.

Is it ok to do this or should I be installing some channel drainage along new extension ? My only issue is i have no drainage in this area, so the drainage would have to run into a soakaway ? or any other advice please?
