New pine floorboards

I wish to lay pine floorboards over my chipboard floor, can anyone tell me the best way to do it

pull up the chipboard floor and lay them onto the joists and then you wont raise the floor height and have to trim all your doors etc. or worry about the difference between any rooms you don't do
