pva walls ?... 2 coats of watered down paint? or ... dulux trade white? (says ideal for new plaster) looking for easiest with the best finish..

NEVER PVA !!!!!! Dulux trade watered down for Mist Coat - but if you use it as the finish it has very little dirt marks resistance - it's used on ceilings for that reason
