Is it possible to bypass the in-built mechanical timeswitch on a glow-worm 24ci with a Danfoss FP715? The in-built one is losing a few hours a day.

It's possible, but you need to refer to the boiler instructions for details of the wiring. Be aware of the voltage that you are switching and don't apply 230V to 24V circuit!

As this is a combi boiler, you only need to control the CH - you can use a programmable thermostat.

Set the boiler clock to always on and Just use the thermostat connection.
