I have recently had some extra radiators installed to an existing system.

A couple of the new radiators are not heating up completely-they are luke warm.

I have bled them at the top and there is no air in any of the radiators.

Sorry if i'm vague it's all new to me!!

Any ideas?

One of the valves on a radiator (called a lockshield valve ) is or can be pre set whilst the other valve is for On/Off control or automatic control.
If all the air has been bled off and the control valves are ok then It could be the lockshied valves are preventing the desired flow of water to get them hot. You could try opening them a little more.

Thanks MANDATE it was the lockshield valves.

Appreciate your help.
