I have read through quite a few posts on here re showers.
I am replacing the existing small 760 square shower with a bigger 1000 x 800mm shower. I have removed the existing stud walls and fixed new studding to suit.
I am thinking (at this stage) to use Aqua Panel (12.5mm) within the shower cubicle itself. Do I need to prep this before tiling onto it? What about joints - what should I seal these with?
Also as I have removed the stud wall I have gaps in the ceiling where the old stud walls were. I have plenty of headroom so I was thinking of battening over the exist ceiling and putting a new board over rather than trying to repair the existing. What board should I use for this?
Cheers
Steve
