About a month ago British Gas fitted a Smart meter. My EDF FIT meter was working fine up to then. A week after I noticed the FIT meter was not working. I assume the engineer disconnected it to do his work. What needs to be done. Have contacted British Gas but still waiting (3 weeks)

No reason at all for that meter to be disconnected or anything else done with it.
Is the solar system actually switched on at the AC isolator? Very likely it would have been switched off while the meter replacement was done. They may have forgotten to turn it back on.
