New tap installed but drips ocassionally?

Put a new kitchen monobloc in on Saturday with flexis and isolators replacing the old copper tails but the new tap drips every few seconds.

Likely to be an instal problem or just a typical cheapie tap!

Taps a useless these days.
I've been through 4 in the last 2 years.
I only have myself to blame ebay ones.
Last one seems better but now it has started a drip too.
