They are on those type of cutouts, you dont use glands its all done with jubilee clips, impossible to make them pretty but they are functional. When I first started after using normal glands I thought exactly the same. You get used to it.

Once you do them the SWA just falls where it naturally wants to sit, I prefer proper glanded cutouts that we use on motorways,

No mate, they are just bog standard LED phillips drivers for street lighting

Amazing news, I have been selected as the highways engineer to install a brand new type of street light that is set to revolutionise street lighting for good. These new street lights are a new developement and unbelievably high tech,. I can speak to them and they will speak back to me. They will carry the new fibre super highway inside of them to distribute High speed internet accross the country. They run on DC and are super eficient and have not been seen anywhere as I am the test engineer. I am so excited.
Edit: I am so excited that I am coming out in a rash because of this. I still consider it worth it.
