New water meter fitted

Water company have fitted a new meter, the shut off valve is a new type quarter turn.

the old type keys will not fit, anybody know where I can purchase one ??

As I arthritic shoulders unable to reach by down hand.

Thought those new types came with one? Maybe contact your supplier, but failing that I would have thought one of these would work? https://www.toolstation.com/stop-cock-key/p62757

If you find the above stopcock key too wide, then put it in a vice and close it until you have a good fit.
