How have you primed the manifold so there is no air in it? My manifold has an auto vent on the top and bottom rows which makes venting a doddle. Did you simply run a hose through each leg then isolate and move on to the next?
Hi Nozzel,
Yes its been vented with a radiator in the loft at the highest point atm. Its also been flushed out dozen of time the way you describe. Its deffo not air.
My thoughts are now the mixer when all complete with stat and holder could be crap still in the system from install still stopping it working after its been on a while it gets back in the the mixer and messes it up somehow. I still have carp in the system getting in there as I keep finding it although its less and less each time however, bec as I swap and test between with and without mixer stat because of my flow issue I find it at the bottom of mixer cap.
Today I have had the stat out and I feel the house does not get as hot without it in but with it in there is no Flow!! So how Can this be.
I have noticed also that I just can not understand these silly flow pots. I set them to the correct flow I want for my floor type and length but as the system gets hotter the pots slowly move up to near 0 and I have to keep adjusting them This is surly not right. You would never know the flow is.
When do you set these cold or hot temps?
Thanks
