New Worcester 24i Junior Flue question

We have just had a new Worcester 24i Junior fitted. The question I have is; is it normal during everyday use, CH & DHW supply, for the flue to be pluming steam?

It generates a fair size stream, from the flue, when the boiler is in full swing.

Is this normal or is there something that the installer might have missed?
