A few new words, especially applicable to some on this site:
Ignoranus: Someone who is both stupid and (an asswhole), up their anus.
Intaxication: Euphoria at getting a tax refund, until you realise it was always your money to start with.
Bozone: The space around stupid people that stops bright ideas and truth penetrating.
Foreploy: The misrepresentation of oneself in order to get laid.
Dopeler Effect: The tendency of stupid ideas to seem brighter when they come at you rapidly.
