My current project this week is to replace the current 27 year old shed, with a new bigger block built workshop.

For storage and general DIY work at the moment. There will be by the workbench about 4x double sockets, 1x 16A Ceeform & 1x 32A Ceeform via a RCD DB fed via a contactor with EM stops to switch off supply to workbench sockets.

Workshop has 2x DBs (DB3 & 4) fed from DB1 Main DB in House.

Workshop DB3 (Fed from DB1, C50A MCB, 10mm supply cable):

C40A MCB= DB4 supply
C16A MCB= Workshop AC
B16A MCB= General Power (1x DSO, 1x FCU for floodlight, 1x SSO for alarm & 1x FCU for AC condense pump)
B16A MCB= Freezer
B16A RCBO= Outside Sockets (3x DSO by BBQ, 1x DSO by pond & 1x DSO at top of garden)
B6A RCBO= Outside lights via contactor (pond lights, patio floodlight & BBQ hut light)
B6A MCB= Workshoplights
B6A MCB= Contactor Control

Workshop DB4 (Contactor controlled)(RCD main switch):

C32A= 110V Transformer
C32A= 32A Ceeform
C16A= 16A Ceeform
C16A = 6x DSO

Along workbench there is 6x double sockets, 1x 240V 32A Ceeform, 1x 240V 16A Ceeform & 2x 110V 16A Ceeform & 1x 110V 32A Ceeform fed from a hardwired 110V transformer.

Workbench power is via a 5 way RCD DB (DB4) fed from C40A MCB in workshop DB (DB3) via a contactor controlled by 3x EM stops by workbench & 1x EM stop by door.

The other contactor is for the outside lights, controlled via a switch by the kitchen door & a light sensor.
