NEW WORLD COOKER Oven Lamp

I have an oven lamp that has to be replaced. Unfortunately both bayonet fittings are detached and I do not know which goes where. One wire is blue the other orange does it matter how they are connected? Earth is self evident

I assume you mean the wires on the back of the lamp holder ?

For a lamp it does not matter which way round the live and neutral go.
