A bathroom ceiling was recently painted with 2 coats of BIN and then 2 coats of Dulux Easy care Bathroom emulsion in soft sheen. There was a week’s gap between the Bin and emulsion. 2 weeks have passed and the paint is starting to flake. Any ideas what has gone wrong and what can be done to fix it. Thanks.
