Hi
My next door has just had a new boiler fitted ,there is a 12inch gap between my garage and theirs The gap is on my side of the boarder. The overflow and condensation pipes are sticking out @6 inches,I was told when I had a new one fitted in Dec 07 that the condesatin pipe should go to a drain. Also the vent from the boiler is right under my gutter @ 2ft,would this cause damage to my propery or should i contact the building inspectors Please advise ,

Nothing from their boiler should encroach on your property without you permission.

The wall the flue comes out of should be a minimum of 600mm from your boundary.

Sounds like a cowboy illegal installation.

Get building control in asap.
