NHBC flow rates

Can someone with access to the NHBC standards let me know of the minimum water flow rates for a single outlet and/or mutliple outlets at the same time, assuming there is provision within the book for this.

just off the top of my head something ridiculous like 16 litres per minute which is why i see alot of 40kw combis in 1 bed flats lol

Depends fella,but normally about 3litres for a basin,9 for a shower,1-2 for WC and anywhere upto 6 for a sink.

By my calculations, if the table on the top right is the minimum:

Wash basin: 2.7 lt/min to 5.4 lt/min
Shower: 5.4lt/min

Is this correct?

Also, is there any provision for multiple taps running at the same time?
