What's special about it?
Heard a rumor that they have stopped dishing them out for the timebeing as they have some bigish errors in the 17th ed guide booklet, so have had to do a reprint, same for the domestic pir guide & dvd so I was told.
The reprints are to be distributed late March & those that have the tool box already will receive ammendment sheets or something along that line.
