We've just had the loft insulated and it's freezing up there so I guess it's worked.. The only problem now is that condensation is building up on the inside of the loft roof.

Any pointers?

yes it is caused by a lack of ventilation the edges must be clear so that air can flow through loft.
the end result of not doing anything will be rotting timber - deal with as soon as possible.

have you blocked the eaves vents ??,have you got any eaves vents??

I wouldn't know what eaves vents look like ot be honest but I'm going to go up into the loft over the weekend to see if I can sort it.

The insulation was put in professionally by the way. Or should that be 'professionally'!
