Nissan Micra erratic idle

Hi all, noob here!
I have a micra 2001 1.0 (k11) with the Bosch throttle body. Recently, I noticed that the idle was fast (about 1200) when warm.
I have replaced the MAF sensor and cleaned the throttle body and now the engine revve from ~700 to 1200 as if I am waiting for a race to start. The car is NOT heavy on fuel but seems a little hesitant when pushed. Any help would be very welcome

Unfortunately the K11 throttle body is notorious for failing like this - thats why there are none in the scrappies!
