Hi, I need some help!! I recently bought my first car, a Nissan Micra 05 plate.
I had no issues with it at first however a couple of weeks ago I noticed as I was driving my boot had opened by itself - since then this has been happening more frequently! I even have to stop and put my hazards on to get out a sort it as I’m worried it might fly open - it’s got to the point where sometimes it just won’t close now unless I restart the car or mess with the key fob - the latch on the boot seems to have a mind of it’s own!
I’m going today to replace the latch as per AA’s advice to see if this helps at all.
Has anyone got any advice on what it could be? As I have seen someone else’s post on here about the central locking for a Nissan... I just want to get it sorted as it’s my first car.
