I have built a shed in block but didnt know i had to put a damp seal down first now i have been told i will get damp in walls is there anything i can do to stop this

I knocked down old shed and built it on old foundations but where i extended it i put more foundations in

Just wait and see how it goes, you can get an injected dpc but you can do that at anytime and you might not get rising damp.
If you missed the floor DPM then just put a liquid DPM down. Lots of old sheds/garages where built without any of these and are dry.
