Hello,
Just a quick question. I need to drain CH system to replace a radiator. However, there seems to be no drain valve.

Any tips on the best way to do it?

Thanks.

Put a large roller tray under rad and open rad union nut slowly.

Be prepared to bale out the tray as it fills as there will be a few trays full.

You will also get a bit wet so have a few towels handy.

Turn off water if not a combi :D

Take the opportunity to fit a drain valve for next time

some boilers have drain valves on them where you connect your F&R may be worth checking
