Don't know if he is a terrorist or just someone who likes terrorising people - could be another nutter.

I remember a few years ago when every bomb was automatically reported or suggested to be an IRA terrorist bomb or loyalist bomb depending on where it was. There was no problem or complaints in the reporting. I don't know what the problem is nowadays, with saying who the most likely cause is.
