so correspondingly 32% should be less not more!

FPTP means that due to constituency boundarys (lets be honest and call it gerrymandering) you don't have to gain more votes overall to get more seats...

That's why currently there are only a few dozen seats that matter to form a government and why most people are stupid if they actually think their vote counts!
