No heating but hot water is working

Hi everyone ,I have a vaillant combi boiler ecoTEC plus 831 and I recently changed the divert valve after spot a leak .after all I notice the hot water is working fine but no heating I checked the pump is it seems ok and I have no external thermostat all valves on gas and main ! will you advice me

thanks tony for reply I don't know how to check if it moving or not but It brand-new part should do.

It will only move if the PCB is sending the correct signal to it!
