No Heating or Hot water

I would suggest running the pump and removing the large screw from the front. You will recieve some water out but eventually you should shift the airlock.

To those with a trained ear you can tell when a pump is not actually pumping water but is indeed running.

I gave that a try and still no joy, so I tried a magnet on the pipes and it seems there is quite a bit of blockage around the pipes in the pump location.

She let slip today that she had been having problems with the heating over the last couple of weeks :rolleyes: :evil: :!:

Anyway have advised she gets a heating engineer to sort the problem.
