No Hot Water - Britony 80 Boiler HELP!

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help me out here.
I have a Britony 80 Combi boiler and recently bled my radiators which caused the pressure in my boiler to drop. I then filled the boiler back up to the correct pressure and reset it.
Now when i run the hot water it runs warm for a couple of seconds then runs cold again. The CH works great now but like i said the Hot Water deosnt

Can anyone tell me why this is happening please?

Would suspect HW flow switch>HW thermistor.

You could try linking out the flow switch (brown wires i think!) but to test the thermistor, which is as equally unreliable, you will need a DMM

Lisa, there could be several reasons why its not working on DHW.

We cannot tell you what your particular problem is.

To diagnose the fault a competent boiler engineer would need to do certain tests on the boiler.

I didnt understand the 1st but at least i can pass this information on to an engineer
So it sounds like something may need replacing? I was hoping i could just twiddle a few knobs!
