No hot water from Biasi 24S!

Can anyone help? I have a combi boiler which is currently not heating any water unless I turn the heating on. I have increased the pressure to about 1.4 as it had gone quite a way below 1 but still no joy. I have had to do this a few times in the last 2 years and it normally does the trick but no joy this time... Any ideas?

It's a Biasi 24S

Most common problem with that boiler fault is the DHW diaphragm which is situated on the left hand side of the diverter valve.
