No hot water from boilermate 3

PROBLEMS WITH BOLIERMATE 3.....

I have been having some problems with my boilermate 3, i have lost all hot water and heating. I am able to get heating when the system is put on override but still no hot water?!
A plumber came out and advised it was the pump , so i went and bought a pump and fitted it but still no hot water or heating, when i run the tap the water is luke warm for a few seconds then goes ice cold . Can anyone help ?

Is there a green light on the Boilermate control panel?

Is your c/htg boiler working as boilermate is a thermal store which gets heat from other source so if using back up heat is provided by electric. Also did you change correct pump as there are 3 of them
