No hot water from combi boiler

HELP!!
Have a Wallstar combi boiler. Heating is working just fine but taps only give about 3 secs worth of hot water. Have tried with the heating on and off and also turning the individual radiators off with the heating still on. Makes no difference. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
