Ahhh,, now you can see my problem. The orange wire is switched to the pump and the boiler. Earth & neutral both meet from pump & boiler, yet the pump runs, indicating the 3 way valve has operated, but the boiler wont fire up? Why can't it ever be easy?

profile has a pump overrun if its set for fully pumped
