No hot Water just Warm from my Baxi

I have a Baxi Combi Instant 105e and recently i can only get warm water from it. The temperature lights state that it is 80 degrees and beyond so keeps allowing it to light internitently but i am only getting warm water. Can you help PLEASE...!!!

When running a hot tap, check the ch flow pipe. (on the left under the boiler as you look at it)

If this is getting warm/hot you will need a new diverter valve fitted.

If the primary temp is getting up to 80C as the lights indicate then i'd be 99% sure it's a blocked plate heat ex.
