Installed new bath, have got cold water coming through but no hot water anywhere in house any thoughts please..........

Its a Baxi Barcelona, yes all isolators have been turned back to open.
there is no water coming out of the tank, we have just isolated the outlet pipe and there is no water in it. There is water going into the feed tank in the loft.
