I have an ideal icos. has heating but no hot water,the display shows 0 & 4. can anyone help?

Are you sure that those fault codes 0 4 are correct as I can't find any mention of that combination in the manual? The only code that I know that uses a 4 is H 4 which refers to a flue thermistor error.This is a heat only boiler and as you have heat but no hot water I would suspect that the problem is more likely to be a system fault.
