No Hot Water

I have an Ariston Micro Genus type C boiler and since I turned the water temperature down, there has been no hot water.

I've noticed that the pressure gage does not even reach 1.

Any advice would be grateful.

sounds like you have A LEAK in the central heating pipes.

Sounds like a stupid question but what happens when you turn the water temperature up again?

nothing happens and I've tried switching on the central heating and yet again still nothing.
