No power to boiler?

That is where you should be looking, your boiler takes its power supply direct from the boilermate 2000 terminal 5 is neutral 6 is live and 7 is switched live, see if you have power at these terminals
I do find your advice bizarre.You think giving gas testing advice to ameteurs is a no no but you are quite happy giving electrical testing advice to complete novices who obviously have not a clue.Bizarre and dangerous.

What is dangerous about re setting a breaker ?
 
I removed the 5 amp fuse from the Boilermate 2000 it had blown. Replaced today and the boiler in the garage is back on and working. Thank you.
