NO POWER to Valliant TurboMax Boiler

Fault finding guide says -
Does green power on indicator glow? - NO - is 230V present across terminals L and N - (NO - external fault) - YES - Check 2A fuses below boiler terminal strip (if fuses defective suspect wiring fault on external controls).
Have you done all of this? (Don't attempt it unless you understand basic electrics!)

I have changed the fuses externally, must be an electricial fault within the boiler, which I won't touch. thanks Sal

Not necessarily. You need someone who can carry out the basic electrical checks I (and kevplumb) have mentioned.

Yep, go with chris h. The low pressure switch could be stuck but you would have lights on if that were all.
