Hi, I've got a Glow worm swift flow 80. Last night the pressure dropped to 0 and couldn't get any hot water. In the instuctions is says to turn it off if its below 0.7. Can anyone help and tell me how to fill it up or repressurise? Have just moved into our first home so not very up on central heating etc.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks

Dee

Yeah pilot light is on. When we filled the boiler up pressure went to 2.1 a friend thought this may be 2 high so we've released some pressure but as soon as we let go of the release valve the pressure went back up to 2. We've released it again and it went to 1.5 but still no hot water. Now pressure is back up to 2.

It might be that given the age of the boiler, and the problems your'e having getting it going, a visit from an engineer may be in order to sort it out. My experience with these is that they're pretty simple to work on, but if you need parts for them, just about anything you buy is over the top pricewise, and if its 10 -12 years old, its probably done it's duty.
Are you sure you have tried all the obvious stuff, like main electric spur (or plug) fuse, have you got a good flow of water at the hot tap, does the heating side get warm?
