No pressure on my Baxi Combi boiler

I have a Baxi Combi 80e boiler. There is water but the water is not hot and the pressure gauge is at 0 with the light flashing 'Fault on Pump or Low System Pressure'.
The pump seems to be working as I can hear it but I maybe mistaken.
Any ideas how to resolve this please

there is a tube like that but it hasn't got any black keys. There is this red thing though if that means anything.
