I have just recently moved house and the toilet on the 3rd level doesn't seem to have any pressure to it at all to it. (hence floaters). I have no idea about diy so if someone out there could help me solve this problem it would be much appreciated. Cheers

Is it a close coupled one where the tank sits on the pan. :?: If so, they do leave solids behind quite often. :(

If other check it is flushing correctly, water level is to the line inside the cistern (tank).
May need a new syphon. :(

Replace with a flapper valve. (the orange DIY shed sells the kits). They flush with much more force than a siphon. Also you can adjust them so if its just a No.1 you don't use the whole flush.

Blockage or air starvation

fit an air admitance valve if the pipes not blocked
